Bad weather has led to multiple practice sessions being cancelled in the opening week of the 2019 Isle of Man TT, including both of Saturday’s qualifying sessions. With such limited track time before the official start of the TT races, what does this mean for both riders and teams taking on this most iconic (and dangerous) of road racing events.
