Webcast: Doing Business in the Isle of Man

The world’s economic landscape has changed dramatically over the past few years. Amid continuing global uncertainty, the Isle of Man – like many other International Business Centres – needs to adapt fast to meet these new challenges.

As current global economic pressures show little sign of abating, what are the challenges facing businesses – both international and local – on the Isle of Man? How can the Isle of Man work with other key economic partners, such as the UK, to help entrepreneurs and businesses thrive and survive?

To discuss this, BBC presenter Roger Hearing was joined in for a webcast on 15 November 2012, by Courtenay Heading, founder Director of cleantech company Bladon Jets, and an Inward Investment Adviser to the Isle of Man Government, and Chris Cummings, Chief Executive of TheCityUK.
