Two new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Guernsey this afternoon.

It brings the total number of known active cases in the crown dependency to four after two others were identified earlier this week.

Officials there say the latest cases have been picked up through contact tracing and have entered self-isolation, adding there are ‘clear links’ between all four of the cases detected to date.

Aurigny direct flights between Guernsey and the Isle of Man resumed yesterday to coincide with half-term.
