The Island’s Government has recently approved the implementation of a major programme aimed at transforming the Island’s health and social care system.

To support us on the next stage of our journey, we are seeking an experienced clinical or professional leader to provide additional knowledge and support during this challenging, but exciting period.

What could this role offer you?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a broad and varied role, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the Islands’ Health and Care system. Working in the Transformation Project Management Office (TPMO), you will provide clinical/professional leadership to the Transformational Programme and the projects that form its parts. 

Working with colleagues from across the Department, you’ll be the central point for clinical and professional change. You will undertake research, engage with senior leaders from across Government and other stakeholders, applying analytical and creative thinking to solve problems and to initiate and complete transformation projects.

Relocation/Travel to the Island

Relocation expenses and/or travel expenses may be considered for this role dependent on the circumstances of the successful candidate.

The Isle of Man is offering a National Insurance Holiday Scheme which allows newly employed, relocated or returning residents to apply for a refund on their National Insurance contributions for their first year of living or returning to the Isle of Man, with refunds capped at £4,000.
