Three-way traffic lights at Braddan Bridge will now operate during off-peak times.

The Department of Infrastructure has announced the system will now be in place between 9.30am and 3.30pm for the next week instead of the 24/7 schedule previously planned.

Officials say the change comes after assessing the impact on commuter traffic this morning following discussions with contractors carrying out the work.

The system is in place whilst emergency repairs are carried out on a roadside wall which was damaged by recent severe weather.
