Internal injuries suffered by Dean Harrison in a crash during practice yesterday are not life threatening, his team has said.
The rider was admitted to Noble’s Hospital on Friday after hitting a wall at Ballig with his shoulder during the Lightweight Classic TT practice – he’d managed to stay on his machine before pulling off the course in pain.
His team at Silicone Racing says Harrison has suffered internal injuries which are not life threatening but serious enough to keep him in hospital.
The team added Harrison has been grateful for all the kind comments he’s received.
